2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Fresh shredded parmesan
6 Roma Tomatoes
Fresh Parsley
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the tops off of the tomatoes. Scoop out the insides and set aside. Leave about a 1/4 of the tomato skin thickness in tact.
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, and parsley. Drizzle olive oil over combination and mix. Salt and better to taste.
Scoop mixture into tomatoes.
Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Tomatoes on the Grill!
We put them on the top rack out of direct heat for about 5 minutes.
They are delicious with steaks!
